Description:
High-performance InGaP HBT MMIC amplifier with Darlington configuration and active bias network. Active bias network provides stable current with temperature and test process changes. The design does not require a step-down resistor compared and the typical Darlington amplifier when operating directly from a 5V supply. The product is designed for high linearity requiring a small size and a minimum of external 5V gain
Module Features:
1, the supply voltage: typical +5 V (typical current value 75mA)
2, gain: 20dB typical value @ 2G input and output impedance: 50 ohms
3, the maximum output power: P1db 20dBm (@ 2GHz
4, the input signal: <+10 dBm (greater than +10 dBm input signal has been distorted)
5, bandwidth: 0.05-6GHZ (gain different at different frequencies, the specific reference S21 curve indicators)
6, noise figure: 4.1dB@1GHz
Package included:
1 x 0.05-6G High Performance Medium Power Amplifier Module
