Applications:
The PE43702 is a high linearity, 7-bit digital RF step attenuator with DSA attenuations ranging from 0.25 dB to 31.75 dB. The frequency range is attenuated from LF-4GHz. This 50-ohm RF DSA provides parallel and serial CMOS control interface running on a single 5-volt supply and maintains high attenuation accuracy at frequencies and temperatures. It also has a unique control interface that allows the user to select the initial attenuation state at power-up. With shielding shell and anti-reverse protection diode.
