Function introduction:
1.A key measurement operation, automatic power off delay. Turn off current is only 20nA to support battery operation.
2.Automatic detection of PNP and NPN bipolar transistors, N, P channel MOSFET, JFET FET, diode, dual diode, SCR, resistor, capacitor, inductor. Automatic detection pin definition.
3.Measuring the current amplification factor (B) and the turn-on voltage (Uf) of the emitter. Darlington transistor can be identified by high threshold voltage and high current amplification factor.
4.Bipolar transistors and MOSFET can be detected inside the protective diode and displayed on the screen.
5.Measure the threshold voltage and gate capacitance of MOSFET.
6.Supports two resistance measurements, potentiometers can also be measured. If the potentiometer is adjusted to one end of the tester, the tester cannot distinguish between the middle and the two pins.
7.The resolution of the resistance measurement is 0.1 ohms and the highest measured value is 50M ohms.
8.Capacitance measurements range from 25pf to 100mF (100 thousand UF). Resolution up to 1 pF, inductance measurement range of 0.01MH-20H, less than 0.01MH will be displayed as a resistor.
9.The equivalent series resistance (ESR) of the capacitor above 2UF can be measured with a resolution of 0.01 ohms. This feature is very important for the detection of capacitive performance.
